On May 5, Benjamin Schuetze and Amya Agarwal will discuss with Azad Essa his new book on ‘Hostile Homelands: The New Alliance between India and Israel’ in an online book talk event organized by Ercüment Celik.
Hostile Homelands puts India's relationship with Israel in its historical context, looking at the origins of Zionism & Hindutva; India's position on Palestine; and the countries' growing military-industrial relationship. Essa demonstrates that the India- Israel alliance spells significant consequences for democracy, the rule of law and justice.
