Lessons learned from COP28: Philipp Wagner comments for dis:orient

The 28th World Climate Change Conference in Dubai had set itself an ambitious and far-reaching agenda, ranging from renewable energies to the financing of climate change adaptation measures. The two-week meeting took place at the beginning of December in the oil and gas exporting United Arab Emirates.
