The report by the expert group, "From the Inside Out: Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution in a Changing World Order," which was presented on February 21st, is now available for reading. The report is the result of network of global experts, funded by the Bundeskanzler-Helmut-Schmidt-Stiftung (BKHS) and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES).

In it, experts from academia, civil society, and politics, including Viviana García Pinzón, a researcher at ABI, examine the global consequences of the Ukraine war in terms of global conflict dynamics and for local and international efforts in conflict resolution and peacebuilding across all regions of the world. In their report, they address the following questions: To what extent do crises in food or energy supply resulting from the war contribute to the escalation of conflicts in other countries? What are the implications of the changing roles of Russia and China? And what does Russia's war against Ukraine mean for the future of global peace architecture and international engagement in crises and conflicts?
