AMMODI is a research network on African Migration, Mobility, and Displacement. One of AMMODI's aims is to promote collaboration between researchers and to strengthen the network's relevance, reach, and visibility, particularly in Africa. A persistent challenge in fostering such interaction is that African scholars are not adequately cited or included in debates because research is often dominated by the global North.
AMMODI RECOMMENDS is an interactive resource that now lists recent scholarly work by African-based researchers, as well as an index of active scholars working at African research institutions. More.
