On 9 and 10 May, a meeting of the civil society network Fokus Sahel took place at terre des hommes in Osnabrück. Among others, human rights activist Delphine Djiraibé (Public Interest Law Center - PILC) and Moussa Tchangari (Alternatives Espaces Citoyens - AEC) reported on the current situation in Chad and Niger.
