MIASA announces various fellowships: Call for Applications

The Maria Sibylla Merian Institute for Advanced Studies in Africa (MIASA) is an international research college at the University of Ghana in Legon, Accra and announces the following fellowships for 2021, for which the application deadline has been extended to April 10, 2020:

  • two German-West African Tandem Fellowships (Junior/Senior), each for 3-5 months, at the University of Ghana
  • five individual scholarships (Junior/Senior), each for 3-5 months, at the University of Ghan
  • two Interdisciplinary Fellow Groups (Junior/Senior), for 4 months each, at the University of Ghana, in the periods February to May and September to December 2021

The Maria Sibylla Merian Institute for Advanced Studies in Africa (MIASA) is an international research center at the University of Ghana in Legon, Accra. The Institute facilitates the cooperation of African scientists with their international peers beyond disciplinary and geographical boundaries. In order to achieve this goal, MIASA is awarding scholarships to junior and more established researchers.
