On January 24th, Professor Eric Osei-Assibey, Dean of the International Programmes Office (IPO) at the University of Ghana, visited the Africa Centre for Transregional Research (ACT) and the Arnold-Bergstraesser-Institut (ABI).

Accompanying him were doctoral students from the University of Ghana and the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, who benefit from opportunities for student mobility between the two universities through Erasmus+.

Professor Eric Osei-Assibey's visit aimed to deepen the existing partnership and prepare for the reciprocal visit of the Rector of the University of Freiburg, Prof. Dr. Kerstin Krieglstein, to the University of Ghana at the end of February 2024.

We look forward to strengthen the relationship between both universities through this visit!
