What does CEGLA do and what can it do? This short video explains the idea and the implementation.

CEGLA stands for the creation of high-quality training for local authorities. At the same time it serves to widen research in the field of decentralisation and local development in Niger, Mali and Senegal.

The project partners are the Kehl University of Public Administration, the Universities of Abdou Moumouni in Niamey and Sciences Juridiques et Politiques in Bamako, the Centre Africain d'Études Supérieures en Gestion (CESAG), the Laboratoire d'Études et de Recherches sur les Dynamiques Sociales et le Développement Local (LASDEL) and the ABI.
